Imperial Decree Nineteen

Blood Purity~

Here ye, here ye in the name of our most sovereign lord, Mark, second of his name, Emperor of Freedomia, Lord of Her Realms and Teritories I make this most sovereign decree:

(I)Any existing Freedomians at this time will be considered purebloods

(II)Any Freedomians to join in the next five years shall be considered Half-Bloods of mixed heritages

(III)Any Freedomians to join after five years will be comsidered Original-Bloods and if not citizens will be considered Foreign Bloods

(IV)A child of either two half bloods, a half blood and a Original-Blood, will be considered a Pureblood

(V)A child of a Original-Blood and a Original, or a Original and a Foreign Blood, will be considered a Original Blood

(VI)A persons blood status must be known to all and any
