    I hereby propose that every two years we have an election for Prime Minister or Prime Mistress.

    Are you suggesting a Constitutional Amendment, Senator? I support.

    However, I suggest that ALL positions in Freedomia are voted on every two years, not just Prime Minister. This includes governor.
