    Can foreigners create political parties? I'm sure they probably can't stand in elections, but just as an advocacy organisation?

    Indeed, they can create political parties, but standing for elections would require citizenship.

    I am hereby officially forming the Freedomia Maturity and Pacifism Front, a political advocacy organisation dedicated to abstention from micronational warfare and general adherence to the decorum of legitimate states. We hope to recruit citizens in order to field candidates in Freedomia's elections.

    Speaking of which, when are Freedomia's next elections?
