Here ye, here ye in the name of our lord, Mark, Second of his name, Emperor of Freedomia, Lord of Concordia and Gerlado, Head of the Most Regal House of Williams, Protector of the Faith, etc. I Dakoda, First of my Name, Prince of Georgeton, Earl Marshall of Freedomia, and Lord High Protector issue the following decree:

For Treasonious acts against Freedomia I hereby strip Jousha Cooper of all titles of nobility except for the Barony of Greater Manington, and declare House Cooper's status to be removed from the Great House's of Freedomia, and be down placed to the name Clan Cooper. Further more should his acts of treason continue he will be striped of his final title and Cooper will be erased from the History Books of Freedomia and be fined a total of 275,000 Burgins.

My Lord, does the College of Heraldry have the authority to fine? Or is the fining part a Chancellor-Judge act? Unfortunately, Lord George, it is impractical to fine him seeing as all of his finances have been drained, he has no money left.
