The following people shall be appointed to the Senate: (the Constitution grants the Emperor rights to appoint the Senators)

Emperor Colonies
The following Emperor Colonies will be established:

Homestead Colony, located in Texas. Dylan of Dekker has offered Homestead to become a Colony. I will appoint him head of this colony with my assistance.

Emperor's Report on Concordian Independence Movement
Last Friday, I captured the Capital Territory of the Territory of Concordia, placing it under martial law. No resistance was met, seeing as the territory is currently uninhabited, however, as this is a capital territory, I have significantly discouraged the rebel movement and will continue to attempt to thwart it. Meanwhile, I will demand that M. Cooper stands for trial immediately by the order of His Excellency Dakoda M. George.
