I, Mark Williams II, Emperor of Freedomia, de facto District Commissioner of Freedomtropolis, hereby issue the following Freedomtropolis Imperial Decree.
In accordance with the District Commissioner Post Creation Decree, I appoint Mark Williams I (my father) to the post of District Commissioner of Freedomtropolis, in response to his constant efforts of taking care of the lawn, the trees, the Ministorial, and much more. This takes effect immediately.
Mr. Williams will report directly to me.
