Given the recent bullying by one Freedomian house on a citizen of another noble house of Freedomia.
Given the rate of bullying in schools and failure by governments to protect children.
Given that the suicide rate is on the rise due to bullying.
It is the policy of Valle Enclave that we adopt an anti-bully law.
Bullying shall be defined as the act of harassment and physical, mental, and/or emotional trauma on an individual caused by another. This includes verbal and physical threats and violence, both in person and over the Internet.
Bullying shall hereby be illegal and banned in all schools, health care centers, at home, in government buildings, public buildings etc.
Bullying in the workplace, school, intelligence offices, against school teachers, administrators, government officials, LGBTs, against nursing, military officers, or any other citizen of this Province is hereby prohibited!
The penalty of those caught bullying someone in Valle Enclave or a citizen of Valle Enclave shall carry a penalty of 500 Burgins and be punishable to 6 months house arrest.
