Firstly, I am pleased to announce that the Concordian Independence Movement has been dissolved by Joshua Cooper. Cooper does not wish for his Independence Movement to go public, however, it is your right as a citizen, or even a foreigner, to see the workings and functions of our Justice System.
Second, as Emperor, I hereby appoint Dylan of Dekker immediate rights to the Noble's Council, as well as the noble title of Knight.
