    I was already a member of the Commonwealth, and I am extending my membership.

    (b) Chairman of the National Defence Commission J.J. Hakimoto
    (c) September 22, 2010

    (e) Republic of Nemkhav Federation
    (f) see (b)

    As noted under (e), we are now part of the Nemkhav Federation. Though I will hold on to my membership for now, I may be forced to change my status by the Nemkhav government as I'm not really allowed to have my own foreign relations. Is there an observer status I could hypothetically downgrade to, if I must?

    I apologise for my renewing my membership before the decision of the Nemkhav Federation was rendered. Alas, my membership has been rescinded. Hopefully the future will provide more opportunity for diplomacy.

    Thank you for your valuable time, and charisma, in the Commonwealth. A word of personal opinion, though: I truly would like to see Yurtyzstan an independent nation again, not subject to the laws and regulations passed by the Nemkhav Government.

    I have decided that I will grant New Concordia membership in this Commonwealth, despite my previous post. As you have not officially rescinded my previous decision, I welcome you to the Commonwealth, and hope to stabilize New Concordian-Freedomian relations.

    The Greater Empire of Kirkland seeks membership in this fair organization, and extends a hand of friendship to our neighbors, the Freedomians. Despite our size in proximity to Freedomian territory near Freedomtropolis, we feel that size does not account for strength. We may be large, but we recognize Freedomia is stronger than we are, greater and more powerful than we are. We humbly, respectfully, submit our application. Thank you.
