as you all maybe know i expanded the concordia territory near my american home it now runs between ae spur and hwy ae and it goes to my grandma's house with a thin strip running to it.

If you like, however, you're free to cut the strip and just make your Grandma's house territory separate from your house territory. That way the territory would be more even.

but i don't want it to be several provinces i like it just the way it is. but you can get rid of the former land of concordia

No, that isn't what I meant at all. You can have as many territories of Concordia as you want, it doesn't have to be separate provinces at all.
