Act 218: Freedomian Hunting Pass Act of 2012 (P.L Amendments included)

1. Hunting passes must be in possession at all times during hunting. A hunting pass permits the holder to hunt.
2. The resale or transfer of a hunting pass will render it void.
3. Hunting passes may not be copied or sold.
4. A hunting pass may not be re-validated.
5. A damaged hunting pass must be discarded by the owner before acquiring a new one
6. Hunting passes are valid for 5 years upon issuance date.
7. Hunting season on private property, with permission, is year-round.
8. Hunting season on government hunting zones is November 1st-January 1st.
9. Moles will be added to the approved list for hunting.

I actually believe that three things could be improved on: 1) Hunters can only hunt for food, not for sport, in the interest to protect animal rights. 2) I believe hunting passes should cost a few burgins to generate revenue as well as prevent abuse of the system. And 3) I think that counterfeiters of hunting passes should receive a fine and five days house arrest.
