2011 Neutrality Act
Preamble:
In light of recent events, such as the Demonz Police Action, we, the Senate of Freedomia, do hereby approve the 2011 Neutrality Act, as follows.
I: The Empire-Republic of Freedomia will not engage in any foreign wars until January 1st, 2012
II: The Empire-Republic of Freedomia will handle all conflicts, until January 1st, 2012, with police actions, involving the Freedomian Police, and no wars, invasions, or anything else that would be considered war.
III: The Empire-Republic of Freedomia will not accept military alliances until January 1st, 2012.
