Yes, the New Concordian Republic. The former Freedomian Colonies have become the New Concordian Republic, established by Cooper. Essentially, he just took over some of our colonies, and still hasn't paid a very large fine. When it comes to Cooper, he's nearly impossible to negotiate with. Ever heard the saying, 'My way or the highway?' That would put Cooper's diplomatic skills in a catchy rhyme.
