    So I wish to declare Sonora once again independent, even tho I am the only citizen. However, I would like to cede part of my territory to Freedomia and act as its Territorial Leader and remain its Senator. The territory in question is District 5 (now known as Valle Enclave, its a Spanish name by the way not a typo). Sonora would be independent but that particular section of Sonora would be a Freedomian Territory with me as its Territorial ruler and representative in the Freedomian Senate.
