    I would like all the Governors to submit any project they have in mind for the Provinces, and give a monthly report of the planned, ongoing and finished projects.
    The reports will be an indicator of Freedomian progress.

    NOTE: Shall we vote in the Senate a motion to establish monthly reports of situation in the Provinces?
