    This is my proposed revisions to the Peerage System.

    XVIII(a)
    The foundation of a Peerage must include the foundation of a new noble house.

    XVIII(b)
    1. Principality: 25 or more Acres
    2. Dukedom: 20 Acres or more
    3. Earldom: 15 Acres or more
    4. Barony: 10 Acres or more
    5. Baronetcy: 3 Acres or more

    XVIII(c)
    Every title must have a seat, according to the restrictions above. The Styling would be for example John Noble, Earl of Noble or John, Lord Noble, or just Lord Noble.

    XVIII(d)
    The Senate shall have the sole authority of establishing Peerages.
