Act 163: Senate deliberation restriction

Still remembering the motion to begin the "Nemkhav try-out", in which six votes were cast, I think that the Senate sessions should be restricted to Senators only, so we will make sure the aforementioned events will not happen again.
Also, in many countries all around the world, only legislators attend the sessions in their Parliaments. This is a virtual Parliament, but it can still apply.
So the Act would be:

1. Only Senators will be allowed to attend and view the Freedomian Senate sessions.

I have cast my vote in favor of this Act.

Motion passed.

Note: I have made it so the Senate chambers are now private and available for Senators only.
