    I hereby propose to establish the Senate-Citizen Liason Representation Office, which shall hear the complaints, suggestions, grievances, and requests from our citizens, and channel them to the Senate for deliberation, discussion, and decision-making. This will ensure our citizens have the opportunity to be fairly represented in our government.
