This is Emergency Legislation, thus the voting period for this shall be 1 day instead of 3.
We, the Senate of the Empire-Republic of Freedomia, hereby decide to, by the suggestions of J.J Hakimoto and Dakoda M. George, cancel war with Jayopilos, as follows:
(1) Prime Minister Mark Williams will open negotiations with Gino Bedrosian when it is possible for contact. The negotiations will be turning Jayopilos into an occupation zone, and using it for the benefit of the Empire.
(2) If President Bedorosian refuses, war will commence once negotiations are complete. We decide to declare war in knowledge of the following facts:
(a) Invading Freedomian Land Gino Bedrosian and Austin Bush attempted to invade Freedomian land and claim it as part of Jayopolis. (I [Mark Williams II] managed to drive them out, however)
(b) Repeated vandalism Austin Bush broke several large portions of the makeshift bridge in Geraldo. This was not accidental, but rather intentional. Alledgedly, also, one of the two [Bedrosian and Bush] vandalised a second bridge a few days or weeks earlier. Austin Bush was also caught destroying the Duel Arena in Geraldo.
(c) Insulting our nation Freedomia and Jayopolis, at the time of this event, were allies. Gino Bedrosian and Austin Bush both, repeatedly, called me [Mark Williams II] a "little girl." As I [Mark Williams II] am the Prime Minister, this is an insult against me and our nation.
(d) Attempted overthrow of military forces Bedrosian and Bush both, repeatedly, tried to assault me as I [Mark Williams II] escorted them from Freedomia. They both charged at me several times, trying to steal the firearm I [Mark Williams II] was carrying.
(e) Attempted attacks on Freedomia Austin Bush hurled several projectiles at me [Mark Williams II]. This is considered an attack on the armed forces, and Freedomia as well.
(f) Attempted land capture Bush and Bedrosian both set up a permiter and claimed a large portion of land in Geraldo as part of Jayopolis, and posted sentries, AND also attempted to construct buildings. This is therefore considered invasion.
(g) Littering Bush and Bedrosian both threw used Gatorade bottles on the side of the pathways, and refused to pick them up.
(h) Sexual Harrassment Gino Bedrosian and Austin Bush, on several occasions, made innapropriate sexual movements, aimed toward me [Mark Williams II].
(i) Harrassment in general Bush and Bedrosian both did several things that would be considered harrassing and annoying. Lying constantly, bullying, and punching me [Mark Williams II].
(j) Physical Retaliation Bush punched me [Mark Williams II] in the stomach. He did this before on an occasion in March 2011.
All of these facts, I will even testify to the Empiral Court, are accurate. In knowledge of them breaking many laws and attempting to destroy the nation, we will declare war on Jan. 15th if negotiations are not successful. The events that occured on October 8th 2011 will not be forgotten until they are avenged. These two men must be punished for the severity of their actions, especially when invited over to a foreign country.
We are not attempting to take control of Jayopilos for imperialism, but rather so that the nation can not only be liberated from those two horrible men, but also so the two men can be punished. We agree to keep Jayopilos Occupied Zone protected, supplied, and prosperous.
